Workflow

  • Work will begin once the contract is signed, ensuring transparency and clarity for both parties. Following this, the client must submit all necessary materials for visualization, such as drawings, specifications, moodboards, and any other relevant documents. Lastly, an initial payment of 30% of the total fee is required to officially start the project.

  • We begin by creating a moodboard based on your brief. This step sets the artistic direction, including style, atmosphere, and color palette.


    ➔ Client Approval: Once the moodboard is finalized and approved, we proceed to the next stage.

  • We propose camera angles that showcase the best views of your project. These angles are carefully chosen to highlight the essential aspects of the design.


    ➔ Client Approval: After selecting and approving the views, further work focuses exclusively on these shots.

  • Sketch image includes a complete 3D model with basic materials, general lighting, and all key elements of the design (excluding decor). This allows us to confirm the overall composition and mood of the image.


    ➔ Client Approval: Once the sketch is approved, we move to the next stage.

  • We refine the initial sketch by making detailed adjustments to enhance the overall look and feel. This stage focuses on fine-tuning elements such as materials and lighting to ensure the image aligns with the client's vision. Additionally, we apply styling elements to bring the design closer to its final form. During this stage, the client will be provided with up to two rounds of revisions, allowing for adjustments and feedback.

    ➔ Client Approval of Revision 01: The first revision is reviewed by the client, and any additional comments or changes are discussed before moving forward.

    ➔ Client Approval of Revision 02 aka Final Client Approval: The second revision (if needed) is reviewed and, once approved, marks the final adjustments before proceeding to the final stage.

  • Using the approved sketches, we create the final high-resolution render.

3D Modeling

We specialize in precise and visually stunning 3D modeling services that transform concepts and technical drawings into three-dimensional representations.   • We create detailed 3D models for buildings, their interiors, and elements of public spaces. Whether it's residential, commercial, or urban design, our models showcase every aspect of your architectural vision with precision and visual impact.

 FAQs

  • The turnaround time depends on a lot of factors, such as the complexity and scale of the project, as well as client communication (swift approval of stages and prompt responses to any project-related questions). For marketing visualizations, typical completion times range from 5 to 10 business days. We always discuss timelines during the project consultation to ensure expectations are aligned and provide a realistic timeline for your specific needs.

  • Visualizations are created based on materials provided by the client, which should include:

    • A detailed description of the purpose of the image (paper catalogue / website / social media / marketing campaign)

    • Technical drawings with measurements or blueprints for modeling (for architecture or product visualization)

    • Product list with specifications (for interior visualizations)

    • Comprehensive material/color lists (for interior visualizations)

    • 3D models of the product (if available)

    • Moodboard and a detailed description of your vision (if you have a specific idea in mind)

    Additionally, before starting the collaboration, we require information about the number and type of shots (vertical or horizontal), as well as details about key features or functions that should be particularly highlighted.

    The thoroughness of the brief and the quantity of supporting materials provided significantly impact the speed of the entire process. In case not all necessary materials are available, we will choose the best possible solution for the project. The more detailed and complete the materials, the faster the process can move forward, allowing us to meet your expectations more effectively.

  • Final products are delivered digitally via WeTransfer, unless the client requests an alternative delivery channel. The standard file formats are:

    • Still image: JPG in 4K resolution (3840 px on the longer side)

    • Animation: MP4 in 1080p (1920×1080 px)

    If you require different file formats or resolutions, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your specific needs.

  • Due to the nature of the assets required for creating the 3D scene (such as textures, materials, 3D assets, HDRI maps, etc.), open files are not deliverable. This is because we cannot transfer the copyright of these assets. Additionally, we value the expertise and know-how we’ve developed over the years. Therefore, raw and/or editable files, such as PSD files, are also not included in the deliverables.

  • We offer two complementary revision series. These revisions allow for changes within the agreed scope, ensuring your satisfaction during the process.

    However, the free revision series does not include:

    • Changes to the camera angles after shot approval

    • Changes to the architecture of the building

    • Changes to furniture and/or materials different from what is included in the brief

    Such changes will be subject to additional charges based on an hourly rate. For any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope, they will also be subject to individual pricing.

    We always strive to incorporate your feedback efficiently within the included revisions to deliver results that meet and exceed your expectations.

  • We store the source files for up to six months after the project is completed. During this time, you can request additional revisions or updates if needed. If you wish to revisit the project after this period, please contact us to discuss options, as our availability may be limited.
